How it works

Search, order, receive from the supplier.

Buyers compare the serviceable parts listed by suppliers and order from them, at the supplier's price; suppliers list their stock and ship the orders they receive. The two parts below explain each side.

For buyers

How buying works

Back2Flight shows the stock listed by suppliers in Europe and North America. You order directly from them, at their price. Nobody buys and resells the part between you and the supplier.

01 Search

Type a part number or a keyword, or browse by aircraft, version and ATA chapter. Each line shows the condition, release, quantity, stock location and lead time declared by the supplier, and the supplier's price when it is published.

02 Order

Add your internal PO number and delivery address. Your order goes straight to the supplier, with your company details. If a part has no firm price, request a quote.

03 Receive from the supplier

The supplier confirms, invoices you directly and ships. Back2Flight relays the order status to you, with the tracking number given by the supplier.

Approvals and release documents

Suppliers declare their approvals, with the number, the authority and the expiry date, and Back2Flight shows them as declared. Approvals are declared by each supplier; Back2Flight does not verify them.

Release documents as declared by the supplier. Each offer shows, before you order, the release the supplier declares for the part and the other documents it lists.

For suppliers

List your inventory, pay only on shipped orders.

No subscription and no listing fee. Buyers find your stock by part number and aircraft, and order at your price.

  1. Import your stock

Upload a CSV or XLSX export from your ERP. Leave the price empty on any line to receive quote requests instead.

  2. Confirm the orders you receive

Each order comes with the buyer's company, VAT number and PO number. You invoice and ship as usual.

  3. Pay a commission on shipped orders

A monthly statement lists the orders you shipped through Back2Flight and the commission due, at the rate shown in your supplier profile.
