For suppliers

List your inventory, pay only on shipped orders.

Back2Flight shows your serviceable stock to buyers who search by part number or by aircraft. They order from you, at your price.

Why list your stock on Back2Flight

No subscription, no listing fee. You stay the seller: you confirm, invoice and ship. You owe a commission only on orders that came through Back2Flight and that you have shipped.

People from aviation

The Back2Flight team comes from aviation, knows the trade and has a privileged network of aviation professionals.

No fee, a low commission on shipped orders

No subscription and no listing fee: you pay a low commission only on the orders you have shipped through Back2Flight.

A distribution network

Your offers are shown to buyers who search by part number or by aircraft, and we present Back2Flight to our network of aviation professionals.

You keep the customer relationship

Each order comes to you with the buyer's company details, and you invoice the buyer directly.

How it works for suppliers

  1. Send your stock file

Send the stock export of your ERP as a CSV or Excel (XLSX) file, with your own columns. A template for your file is built once and reused at each import.

  2. Review how we read it

Before anything is published, you see on screen how each of your columns is read, with a preview of your lines. You correct what needs it and validate.

  3. Confirm orders when they come

Each order comes to you with the buyer's company, VAT number and PO number. You confirm or decline it, then invoice and ship as usual.

  4. Receive a monthly statement

Each month, a statement lists the orders you have shipped through Back2Flight and the commission due on them.

What buyers see

Each offer shows what you declare in your file, presented as declared by you. Buyers can compare it with the offers of other suppliers before they order.

  1. Price

Your price per unit, in your currency. Leave it empty and buyers ask you for a quote.

  2. Condition

The condition you declare for the part: serviceable, overhauled or new surplus.

  3. Release

The release document you declare: EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3, both, or none.

  4. Documents

The documents you list for the offer, provided at delivery.

  5. Declared by the supplier

Buyers see each offer as declared by you, with the date of your last stock update.
